|
|
Learn the fastest ways to get Super Credits in Helldivers 2, from easy Trivial mission farming to buying bundles, so you can unlock Warbonds and gear without wasting time.
Every Helldiver hits that moment sooner or later: you spot a slick armour set or a fresh Premium Warbond, then glance at your Super Credit total and it's flat-out painful. The good news is the game doesn't lock that stuff behind your wallet alone. You can earn credits in regular play, and that's a big reason people stick with the grind. Some players still like using U4GM for quicker access to game currency or useful items when they're short on time, but if you'd rather keep your cash in your pocket, there's a farm route that works surprisingly well.
Why Trivial missions are still the best farm
If your goal is efficiency, Trivial difficulty is where most players end up. It's not glamorous, sure, and yeah, it can feel a bit silly dropping into a level that barely fights back. But once you try it, you get why people do it. The map is easier to move through, patrols don't waste your time, and you can focus almost entirely on hunting Minor Points of Interest. That's where the credits show up. You're basically trading challenge for speed, and in this case speed wins every time.
What to loot and what to bring
The best runs are simple. Land, spread out, and check every blinking beacon, crash site, and buried container you can reach. Those blue and orange storage doors are worth opening because they often hide medals, requisition, or Super Credits. A grenade launcher makes this much smoother, though impact grenades do the job too. You don't want to stand there dumping magazines into a container while the clock ticks. Once you get into the rhythm, you'll clear these spots fast and move on without really slowing down.
The bunker trick that speeds everything up
The biggest payoff usually comes from the two-person bunkers built into rocks or hills. If you're farming alone, they're dead weight, because you need both buttons pressed at once. With one friend, though, they become one of the best sources on the map. Inside there are usually three loot slots, and any of them can roll Super Credits. Most drops are 10 at a time, which doesn't sound like much until you've stacked several missions back to back. Every now and then you'll hit a 100-credit drop, and that's the one that makes the whole run feel worth it. In a full squad, people often split routes, sweep the map quickly, then extract before the mission drags on.
When farming makes sense and when buying does
There's also no point pretending every player has the same amount of free time. Some people enjoy the routine and don't mind running quick low-level missions for an hour. Others would rather spend a few dollars and jump straight into the latest Warbond gear. Both approaches are common, and honestly, most players sit somewhere in the middle. They farm when they can, buy a little when they need to, and keep an eye on their balance so earned credits don't go to waste. If you're leaning toward the shortcut route, some players even look at Helldivers 2 Accounts when they want a different starting point, though the real trick is picking the option that fits how you actually play and not how the community says you should. |
